Chef´s Choice – Pasta Dishes
Spaghetti with Tuna and Capers
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 clove of garlic, crushed
- 1 red pepper, deseeded and diced
- 300 g spaghetti
- olive oil
- 1 tspn bouillon powder
- 400 g tin of chopped tomatoes
- 2 x 180 g tins of tuna
- black olives
- pickled capers
Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions.
Add the garlic and the pepper, fry while occasionally stirring for a further 5 minutes until the pepper pieces are soft.
Mix in the tomatoes, bouillon powder, some black olives and capers (amount to your taste), add the drained and flaked tuna and cook, gently stirring from time to time, for another 10 minutes.
Drain and add the cooked pasta, mingle and serve.
