This cosy village restaurant in Ozankoy is a real delight. It is an Indian restaurant run by an Indian family and its traditional open fireplace gives it a lovely country pub atmosphere. In the summer there is an outdoor courtyard area for dining.

Staffed by family members, who are ever vigilant and attentive, you will feel well cared for. Parents/owners are hard at work in the kitchen and front of house is in the very capable hands of their charming daughters.

The menu has a comprehensive selection of Indian dishes and a half dozen European choices such as Garlic chicken and Sirloin steak. Most will visit this restaurant to sample their favourite Indian food and they will not be disappointed. Even Britain’s most popular Indian dish -Chicken Tikka Masala- is on the menu for the less adventurous of us (it is what I had, and it was really tasty!)

We would recommend that you do chose one of the Indian meals as this is obviously the forte of this place. For people that do not like very spicy food, there is no need for concern as the curries are offered mild, medium and hot. Traditional popperdoms with their home-made mango chutney are a must as an appetizer.

Dinner for 2, with 4 glasses of Turkish wine between us came in at TL1980.
