Spaghetti with Chicken and Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 500 g spaghetti
  • Broccoli250 g fresh broccoli (or simply take deep frozen one)
  • garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 grilled chicken, chopped up
  • 1 small red pepperoni (chillies), thinly sliced
  • 60 ml dry white wine
  • 60 ml cream
  • olive oil
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • salt

 Preparation

Cook the spaghetti in slightly salted boiling water about 10 – 12 minutes (look at the package directions). Drain them properly.

Spaghetti with BroccoliCut the broccoli (without the stalk) into bite-size pieces.

Heat oil in a large frying pan.

Add the broccoli, garlic, pepperoni and some salt and cook until garlic is slightly browned and broccoli is tender.

Add the pasta, white wine, cream, chicken meat, a pinch of salt and black pepper. Mingle and cook until all is well heated.

Drizzle with some olive oil and serve hot.
