Sweet and Sour Chicken

Ingredients per portion:
• 150 grams diced pineapple (canned one is absolutely allowed!)
• 50 grams green bell pepper
• 30 grams red bell pepper
for the sauce:
- ½ cup vinegar
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup water
- 2 tbsp tomato puree
The chicken pieces have to be breaded first (roll them one by one in flour, egg and breadcrumbs).
Clean and dice the bell peppers.
Deep fry the breaded chicken pieces, add the drained pineapple and the bell peppers, fry for another few seconds.
Put the pan aside.
Mix all the ingredients for the sauce in a separate pan and cook it until the sugar is completely melted.
Serve with rice or Chinese noodles.
