Tulips give thanks to the Pink Lady Bowlers and Necat British College

Hello readers,

Ladies Pink Bowling Night

On Wednesday 16 November at Kings Bowling Tulips/Help Those With Cancer Association held their Ladies Pink Bowling night.  The total raised for the event was a staggering 5,064TL (last year’s total was 2,510TL) a fantastic achievement.

It was attended by 79 ladies, with 62 of those bowling.  The bowling was held at the start of the evening to much laughter and fun and the overall winners were as follows:

We would like to give a special thanks to Kings Bowling for donating 10TL per ticket to Tulips amounting to 790TL donated by them.

Our thanks also going to the following for their contribution to our raffle prizes:

Merit Royal
Hideaway Hotel
All the local businesses and special individuals who donated other prizes.

Katie B for performing for free and to her roadies Jimmy and Cem!  Katie as always got all the ladies up and dancing and everyone had a fabulous time really entering into the spirit of the event!

We must thank all the ladies who attended, without you all there would be no event!

And a huge thank you to Barbara Willbye for all her hard work in organising this successful event for the second year running, your efforts are always so very much appreciated.

The 1st prize in the raffle went to Pam Schofield, which was a return flight to Turkey donated by Turkish Airlines

Necat British College Presentation

Tulips/Help Those With Cancer Association were invited to present a special certificate to Necat British College during their assembly on Friday 18th November 2016.

The Association wanted to show their appreciation for the support that Necat British School give to cancer patients each year and how important all their hard work and donations are to the vital support needed.
