News from Rotary Club Kyrenia…….
The world’s largest service organisation, Rotary International, is starting a brand new English-speaking Club in Kyrenia, and is looking for founder members from all nationalities and walks of life.
This new Club extends a warm welcome to men and women of all ages resident in Cyprus. Former Rotarians and Rotaractors, and interested community-minded people from every country who have some spare time and energy, are all invited to contact us to find out more about joining the Club. Our ages range from the twenty-something through to retirement, and with a good mix of men and women.
As a member you will enjoy fun and fellowship in social activities, as well as joining in the teamwork of varied Community projects. Whatever your background, you can put your life skills to good use and help the Club make a difference locally.
For more than 100 years Rotary International has established a 
tradition of helping local communities help themselves, and of Clubs working together to achieve major international projects such as the elimination of Polio. Joining Rotary means being part of a community of 1.2 million members in over 35,000 clubs worldwide. You will be able to join meetings and make new friends anywhere you travel. The new Club will hold a full meeting of members on the second and fourth Saturday of each month at 2:30 pm at a the Merit Park Hotel in Karaoglanoglu for approximately one hour, with other activities taking place each month.
