Yummy Burger Sauce
Summertime is BBQ time. And a good barbecue meal tradtionally includes delicious sauces. Of course, nowadays you can find a wide range of prefabricated sauces in the supermarket shelves, but it’s also fun to create your own sauces. To give you readers a few suggestions, I publish a little series of quick and easy recipes for homemade barbecue sauces.
Your imagination has no limits, changing and complementing the recipes to your taste!
- 100 ml tomato ketchup
- 100 ml mayonnaise
- 2 chilies, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tspn cayenne pepper
- 1 tspn paprika powder, hot
- 1 tbsp paprika powder, sweet
It is easier and better to use a food processor or blender.
The full flavour develops when you put the sauce into the fridge over night.
Tastes very good with all kind of grilled meat, sausages and especially burgers, but is also suitable for fondue.
