Salmon, nowadays mostly farmed, is considered to be healthy due to the fish’s high protein, high omega-3 fatty acids, and high vitamin D content.
As midsummer has finally come to Cyprus and the temperature went up, the barbeque grills came out early in every garden. Who wants to stand in a heated kitchen with no air conditioning?
Here comes a method of grilling salmon, quick and easy.
Of course in most cases a marinade belongs to grilled salmon. The following recipe I have discovered gives instructions for that to our readers as well.
