As you may have only received your copy of the Cyprusscene online E-newspaper on Saturday it may be too late for you to plan going to watch a local football match.
So every week we will publish the current weekend matches plus the following week to make it easier for you to plan ahead.
Selective K-Pet Super League and League 1 fixtures for weekend 13 and 14 October.
Two matches stand out for me, one in the Super League and one in League 1. On Saturday there is a Lefkoşa “derby” between Küçük Kaymaklı and Çetinkaya at the Hüseyin Ruso Stadium.
In League 1, second place Karşıyaka take on League leaders Dumlupınar in the compact Ergin Cemal Şahdur Stadium.
