A list of events you can look forward to in North Cyprus. St Andrew’s Church – Thursday Ladies Group meet at the Kervan Cafe, Kervansaray – 10.30am to 12 noon. All welcome to join for a chat.
Lambousa Auction is now held every week on Saturday at 12noon and viewing can be done on Fridays between 10am and 3pm and on the morning of the auction. To see some of the items have a look at the Facebook page by clicking here

10^th November – Thursday	Bestseller Bookshop, Alsancak – Christmas shop opening at 4.30pm … Black Olive will be there selling food and drink
11^th November – Friday	RBL Poppy Ball at the Savoy Ottoman Palace Hotel starting at 6.30pm with pre-dinner cocktails on the pool terrace … This is a black tie / evening dress event … 3-course meal with unlimited premium drinks … £40 (160TL) for members and £45 (180TL) for non-members … Entertainment will be provided throughout the evening by Gareth Severn with many tribute acts and the Ersen Sururi Band which is a 5 piece brass/jazz group to get everyone dancing … Tickets are available at the RBL Stall at Lambousa Saturday Market or Bestseller Bookshops in Karakum and Alsancak.

12^th November – Saturday	Football – (home) – Esentepe v Tatlisu House at Esentepe Erdal Barut Stadium .. Kick-off 2.30pm.
13^th November – Sunday	RBL Remembrance Service at The Old British Cemetery at 12.30pm … conducted by RBL Kyrenia Branch Chaplain, the Revd. Wendy Hough … There will be 46 UK based Cyprus veterans attending this year .. The service will be followed by lunch at the Ship Inn from 2pm to 5pm .. Spaces for lunch are limited and tickets can be obtained from the RBL stall, Lambousa Market, Bestseller Bookshop, Alsancak and on Thursdays at Creditwest Bank Catalkoy between 11am and 12.30pm (Ann Mockridge).
16^th November – Wednesday	Tulips will be holding a Pink Ladies Bowling event at the Kings Leisure Centre starting at 5.30pm ‘til late … 70TL (10TL to Tulips) for first game of bowling, with food and all local drinks at the party in the function room which will follow the bowling … live music by Katie B … To book a place call 0533 830 8764

19^th and 20^th November Saturday and Sunday	There will be an art exhibition of the work of Ahmet Abdulaziz at Dogankoy Church .. Many paintings will be for sale so a chance to buy one for yourself or as a present for a loved one or friend.
23^rd November – Wednesday New date	Friends of the TRNC Emergency Services (112s) will be holding a 40’s Night at the Mountain View Hotel, Karaoglanoglu starting at 7.30pm .. 30^th November – Wednesday	Ozankoy Gardeners Forum will be at 10.15am and is being held at Cirali Bakery Garden Cafe.
1^st December – Thursday	KADS will be performing their festive Who Dunnit – “The Ice Palace Hotel” starting at 7pm at the Pia Bella Hotel … 3-course Christmas Dinner (vegetarian option) and a glass of mulled wine for 60TL per person … Reservations are recommended by telephoning 0533 848 5313 and invitations will be available from November at Lambousa Saturday Market and the Food Lodge in Catalkoy .. Proceeds will be shared between KADS chosen charities – KAR and SOS Children’s Village.
1^st December – Thursday	Black Olive Cafe, Alsancak will be having a Christmas cake decorating event starting from 9.30am … Learn techniques on icing and decorating your Christmas cake so get busy and make you cakes ready. 3^rd December Saturday	KAR Christmas Bazaar at Teachers Hotel, Girne starting at 10.30am … Entrance is free …festive stalls, tombola, special visit from Santa Claus, raffle with fantastic prizes (tickets will be on sale soon) … This is always a popular event with lots of Christmas goodies to tempt you.

It will be held outside with fires burning to keep you warm and food and mulled wine to enjoy … The event will be in aid of the SOS Children’s Village and if anyone would like to have a stall there it will be 20TL which will go to SOS ..
