On Saturday, 27th August The Abnormals appeared at The Venue on Turtle Bay, Esentepe and a credible TL1,833 was raised for EFRAR 2017, for the Help Those with Cancer Association (Tulips). Some of this money included the chip sales at Windy Hill, generously donated by Alison Bones.
About 60 people attended the event and enjoyed a set meal and the show. The characters for the evening were Elvis and his Mrs, Hot Rod, The 2 Fat Birds, Johnny Elton, Animal, Arbe and Kardash, Andy Pandy, Looby Loo, Teddy and the Triplets and Missy Was.
The audience soon got in the spirit of the show and participated by singing and dancing as Spice Girls and wannabe Elvis.
The raffle prizes were wine, jewellery, aftershave, kitchen items and ornaments

The Abnormals are Susie Ford (entertainer and script writer), Martin Ford (entertainer), Annette McCloskey (DJ and entertainer), Andy Cooper (DJ and entertainer), Alison Bone (back room lady) and Clarissa Cooper (Treasurer). Everyone works very hard to bring these charity shows together for Tulips and already, the Christmas show is in the planning stages. Well done everyone.
