For our local readers who enjoy after dinner talks, we are pleased to tell you that local military historian Keith Lloyd will be giving an illustrated talk about Lord Nelson and the Battle of Trafalgar on behalf of the Royal British Legion, Kyrenia branch.

This fascinating talk will be held at the Courtyard Inn, Karakum on Wednesday  27th January at 13:45hrs (45 mins) The preceding luncheon starts at 12:30hrs for 13:00hrs.

For your further enjoyment, a menu of  Chicken Curry, Chicken in a white wine sauce and Haddock ‘n Chips at 32TL is available and includes a donation to the RBL Kyrenia Branch.
