President Tatar congratulated Azerbaijan

President Ersin Tatar has expressed his happiness and congratulated the Azerbaijan Army which has liberated the strategically important city of Shusha from Armenian occupation.
In his statement through his social media account, President Tatar said that he fully supports Azerbaijan which is waging a fight to save its lands from occupation.
