When it’s wet and gloomy what is better than to get cheery happy news which we did from St Andrew’s Church in a newsletter about a wedding and this is what they had to say.
“Sharon and Kevin’s wedding day
Local couple Sharon Haines and Kevin Parker, well known to all those who frequent the Baroosh Bar and Café in Alsancak, celebrated their wedding day in St. Andrew’s on Saturday 28th September 2019.
The church was packed with friends and well-wishers as Acting Chaplain the Revd Mike Graham and Registrar the Revd Martin Philips-Last were privileged to join Sharon and Kevin in the holy estate of matrimony.
As one guest commented afterwards she had never been to such a fun-filled wedding!
