I am delighted to tell our readers that my recovery from my spinal fusion operation continues and during this past week I have been able to walk in our garden 2 or 3 times a day and that dreaded walking stick now is no more than an ornament. Coming back to reality I am also now able to spend some time sitting in a chair and writing up and sharing the news and reviews about our friends in the community and what they have been doing.
Margaret Sheard has been a real hero keeping our website flowing and designing our e-newspaper issue 95.
