Girne Municipality have organised a Jivamukti Yoga event in cooperation with the Cyprus Turkish Animal Rights Association and Seven Sense Yoga which will be held on Sunday 14th October from 5pm to 6pm at the Sevim Ebeoğlu Peace Park (next to the Girne Open Market) under the supervision of Naile Soyel.
The event is open to the public and is intended to introduce yoga to people who have not practiced it previously and more importantly to raise awareness of the need to help street animals.
Participants will be asked for a donation of 20TL which will be used for the treatment and rehabilitation costs of street animals.
