The following are “selected fixtures” for the coming weekend and venues are chosen near possible Expat locations.
With really only 2 weeks left of the main local Leagues, once again this weekend offers some intriguing fixtures.
Super League Yenicami will be crowned Champions on Saturday, when they face neighbours Cihangir at the Atatürk Stadium. There is a vital relegation derby also on Saturday in Yeni Boğaziçi who host fellow strugglers Gençler Birliği.
A good day can be held in the Çanakkale, Famağusta on Sunday, you can watch some women’s football in the morning, have some lunch then watch a vital League 1 match in the afternoon when Çanakkale play Girne Halk Evi.
