Intro by Margaret Sheard…..
Unfortunately we were unable to attend this wonderful concert as we were away in the UK. However, having visited CVAR with Demetra Mustafaoglu some months ago and written a promotional article we are now delighted to share Heidi Trautmann’s review of Music fit for a Queen which we sadly missed. We were led through a garden of music, from famous opera arias to songs from musicals and folkloric character in Greek and Turkish. The moon stood above our heads and a good breeze was cooling our hot ears on the wide terrace of the CVAR building. Approximately 150 guests had come to listen to the music fit for a queen. It was a charming evening.
