Are you a novice or maybe you learnt a few yoga positions years ago?
Would you like to try a Yoga session with a very experienced instructor from the Yoga Academy in Kyrenia Stephanie Harrison-Croft.
Would you like to raise funds for the Royal British Legion while doing so?
Stephanie Harrison-Croft was born in Yorkshire and moved to Northern Cyprus in 2004. In September 2012 she joined the Yoga Academy in Kyrenia and is now a fully qualified instructor in the Original Yoga System. The Original Yoga System benefits all the aspects of the human being in a positive way: physical, mental, emotional, neurological, psychological, energetic and spiritual. Stephanie has offered to share her yoga talents to help raise funds for the Royal British Legion by giving a simple Yoga session, “By the Sea”.
The session will take place on Friday, 9th May at Silver Rocks, 11.30am on the decked area near the sea, what could be more relaxing? It will last approximately one and a half hours and there will be a charge of 20TL. Afterwards there will be an opportunity to extend this relaxing time by staying for lunch in the restaurant.
