Winemaking at Five Fingers Restaurant
Winemaking soon comes to Ozanköy at the Five Fingers Restaurant when Keith Lloyd is giving a talk on “A History of Winemaking”.
On Saturday 9th February at 19.30pm there will be a 3 course dinner with various wines to be sampled during the talk and Keith will be giving the guests the benefit of his research into the centuries old art of winemaking and he will be telling all with an illuminated slideshow that will not disappoint those seeking enlightenment.
There will be a Starter of Warm Roasted Beetroot and Goats Cheese Salad and to follow Stuffed Chicken with Red Wine, Bacon and Tomato Sauce. To round off your meal there will be Lemon Tart and Whipped Cream.
Don’t be late, book your table now by calling 0533 845 8278 and reserve your place for dinner which will be 35TL per head from which a donation of 5TL will be made to Tulips from the proceeds.
