Today, Feza steps forward with a new artistic method, one that continues her lifelong dialogue between material, movement, and meaning. She calls it her “crochet paper” technique, a name that hints at delicacy, patience, and the rhythmic flow of handmade craft.

A new way of making paper come alive

Feza’s latest method begins with molten paper pulp, enriched with colour dyes that she blends to achieve the tones and moods she wants. Instead of forming sheets or sculptural masses, she channels this coloured pulp through an icing syringe, guiding it across baking paper in flowing lines, loops, and motifs.

The result is a kind of paper lacework—a flexible, textured design that dries into a standalone artwork.

Once dry, each piece can be:

• Lifted from the baking paper
• Mounted onto a backing for a framed presentation
• Hung freely on a wall, without any frame, thanks to its natural flexibility

This freedom of display is part of Feza’s vision: art that can breathe, move, and exist without rigid boundaries.
