Turkish President Erdoğan’s ongoing support for the TRNC

President Erdoğan: “We will continue our efforts for sovereign equality of Turkish Cypriot people.”

The president of Türkiye, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, addressed the Cyprus issue during his opening speech at the Antalya Diplomacy Forum, held at NEST Convention Centre between 11-13 April, where Anadolu Agency (AA) was the “Global Communication Partner.”

Turkish President reaffirmed Türkiye’s commitment to the recognition of Turkish Cypriot’s rights. “We have intensified our efforts to recognize the sovereign equality and equal international status of the Turkish Cypriot people. We will continue this patiently until justice is served,” he said.
