Cyprus A Path To A Two State Solution

Cyprus: A path to a two-state solution

By Chris Elliott…

As so often happens, I receive news that rightly deserves publishing on CyprusScene for our worldwide readers, and in this case, I received a link to a video published on X (Twitter)  by Freedom and Fairness for Northern Cyprus but sadly, I was unable to share this in the manner we prefer.

Quickly checking, I found this video had also been published on Youtube, where I was able to get the embed code so that you are able to view this video “Cyprus: A path to a two-state” solution here and also read a brief introduction to the video.

No doubt the naysayers will be trying to say the events did not happen but they can no longer suppress the Truth of the Cyprus Problem that can only be solved by a Two-State Solution.

“The history of Cyprus is too often told by those wanting to whitewash it for political purposes. This film explains the true history of the island, and the conditions that led Turkish Cypriots to establish the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) in 1983.

This 50 year frozen conflict can only be brought to its conclusion by considering bold, new proposals. Attempts to reunite the island as a bi-zonal federation have repeatedly failed. Now is the time for fresh ideas. Now is the time for a two-state solution for Cyprus.”
