Shakespeare's Ghost Play A Hit In Turkey
The play “Shakespeare’s Ghost,” staged by the Girne Municipality Chamber Theatre, received great acclaim in Turkey.
A single performance of the play “Shakespeare’s Ghost,” staged by the Girne Municipality Chamber Theatre, was performed on Tuesday, May 21, at the Mersin Mezitli Municipality Cultural Center. The play was highly praised by the audience and received minutes of applause at the end.
Who were part of the play team?
Written by Ufuk Aydoğan and directed by Batuhan Oruç, the play featured Ömer Dündar, Ufuk Aydoğan, and Fatima Saatova in the cast. The lighting design was done by Mehmet Saygıer, and the set design was by Cem Taşlıovalı.
Courtesy Visit To The Consul General
The Girne Municipality Chamber Theatre team paid a courtesy visit to Zalihe Mendeli, the Consul General of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) in Mersin. During the meeting, where cultural and artistic topics were discussed, thanks were extended to Mendeli for her hospitality and support.
