Review of a delightful Döner at The Best Kebab in Ozanköy

We recently received and published on CyprusScene a review by Pondering Traveller about Köfteci Ramiz Cafe in Alsancak and after sharing the article link to their group Facebook page we received a nice message of thanks plus details of their other branches and also news of the “The Best Kebab” which is next to Köfteci Ramiz Café in Ozanköy.

Now being partial to Döner Kebab for a snack, when I was out shopping locally recently, I went to Best Kebab on the main coastal road from Ozanköy to Catalköy in what had been a fish and chip shop and found this to be a very smartly modernised and furnished restaurant with inside and outside eating areas.

So what’s on the menu?

Now was the time I had been waiting for and from the menu which includes Döners and Full Service plates, I chose my normal Chicken Döner wrap from the choice of 3 and when it arrived, I was amazed as it was larger than the plate and came with 3 dishes of chillies plus delightful hot and cooling sauces with my choice of a smooth cold Ayran.

Sitting back afterward with my Turkish Cay it was good to realise when I am working and feeling hungry I can pop out for a break for something to eat or even order my choice for a take away by calling 0533 871 1117
