 In this Newsletter there is an important update to Residency procedures which I would advise you ALL to read.

GREEN LINE CROSSINGS

 Despite a frenzy of interest and various statements being released by the TRNC Chamber of Commerce neither the Greek Cypriot administration nor the TRNC Government have released official statements indicating that the crossings have reopened to anyone other than Cypriots or,  in the case of persons from the RoC, who have Permanent Residency.

Since the lockdown, UK Citizens residing in the TRNC who have applied to cross into the RoC to catch flights to the UK for strictly humanitarian reasons have been assisted to do so, but currently to ‘turn up’ at a crossing with an airline ticket expecting to be able to cross into the South, run the risk of being disappointed – and being out of pocket.

More news including ;
