A contract has been signed between Girne Municipality and Tarmac Ltd for the transportation of garbage with TIR.
The contract is for the transfer of waste from Solid Waste Transfer Station to Gungor Solid Waste Landfill.
A tender contract was signed for Girne Municipality Solid Waste Loading and Transfer Work. The contract was signed by the Mayor of Girne, Nidai Güngördü and Mr. Ali Tosun on behalf of Tarmac LTD. Landfills in Karaoğlanoğlu Industrial Zone Solid Waste Transfer Station will be loaded into the compressors and transported to Güngör Solid Waste Landfill Facility until 31 May 2020. Loading and transportation will cost 28.92TL excluding VAT per tonne.
