ARUCAD At International Search and Rescue Games

On Friday, May 3rd, the Rector of Arkın Creative Arts and Design University (ARUCAD), Professor Dr. Asım Vehbi, along with his delegation, attended the opening ceremony of the Internatioal Search and Rescue Games. The sixth edition of the International Search and Rescue Games, held this year, was hosted by the Directorate General of Civil Defense.

Dr. Asım Vehbi expressed his gratitude to all teams contributing to the successful organization and wished success to the participating teams. The opening ceremony of the games began with a procession of participating university delegations. The ceremony, attended by search and rescue club students from ten universities in the TRNC and one university from the Republic of Turkey, concluded with speeches, a group photo, lighting of the torch, and a tour of the game area.
