The biggest reality of the present times is that those who can think about the betterment of human beings, cannot do anything that can change the world. In a nutshell they fail to achieve their goals and to make their dreams come true.

On the other hand, those few who think that they can mint money for themselves by doing everything wrong in this world, including killing human beings, are successful enough to achieve their goals.

When I look at this world, on one side I see millions of hungry, ill nourished people, who do not even have what we consider as the necessity of life. These people are everywhere, mostly in Africa, South East Asia and South America.

Most of them have very little problem. Just a few problems, around which their whole life span clusters. They want food to eat and shelter to live in. They do not care if they are able to watch TV or can drive cars. A big number of them have not even travelled in a car. For them it’s of no importance if Mr. X is going to be the General Secretary of the UN or Mr. Y. They even do not know what the United Nations is. For them it’s least important if BMW is better than Mercedes. They do not have any interest at all in what NASA is looking for on Mars. etc etc

For most of them the biggest problem is to find some food to survive. They do not know if they will be able to get some food the next day or not.

Then there are other people, for whom food, shelter also are of secondary importance. These are the poor civilians living in the war zones. The biggest problem for them is to save their lives. They know that at any time, a bomb or a bullet, may take away the lives of their loved ones or of themselves. They know that they are suffering because of no fault of theirs. Just like the hungry people of Africa.

Then there are those few, who just organise wars among two or more countries, so that they can sell their arms and ammunitions. For them  this is a necessity, because they too want their industries flourishing. They must sell arms and ammunitions to keep the money rolling in their society. They too want their people to  live a luxury life.

This is today’s world, a big pasta plate, where everyone wants to have a share of it. Unfortunately some are getting a little too much, leaving nothing for others. This is how this world is being run.

I wonder if it was the same world, some thousands of years back, or hundred of thousands years back? Maybe so.

As to me, as I repeat frequently, ” I too have a dream”.
