The Creditwest Bank took a lead by introducing an initiative to upgrade the working atmosphere of the staff of the bank, by organising a party to welcome the summer season.
The full of colour and entertainment party was organised at the lawns of Les Ambassadors Hotel, and attended by 170 workers of the banks, from the Head office and 12 branches.
Fatma Zorlu Çelebi , the Human Resource Manager of the bank, expressed her views by saying that the bank aims to arrange such social activities frequently to increase motivation of the employees.
