NEU Women’s Basketball Team beats Galatasaray

The Women’s Basketball Team of Near East University is continuing with a winning spree in the Turkey Women’s Basketball Super League. In the last match played at the Istanbul Caferağa Sports Centre, they outclassed the Galatasaray team with a great difference. The NEU girls finished the match with the score of 90 – 53 in their favour.

The periodic scores of the match were 23-8, 40-33, 68-42 and 90-53.

The NEU girls are now one up in the quarter final play offs. The next match is expected to be played on 28th April.
