Now that the sun is shining, we have more visitors coming to the rescue centre. We are looking for Meeters & Greeters to welcome our visitors between the centre opening hours of 9am to 1pm.
The days we need people are Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays. If you would like to help on one or more of these days, please contact Elaine, our centre supervisor on 0533 863 1950.
Thanks to all of you who have donated boxes of Monodox and bags of pasta.
However, we still need both of these items – we have quite a large number of dogs on Monodox and we use cooked pasta to bulk up the food that is donated daily.
We will be grateful for any donations – they can be dropped off either at the rescue centre or our office aka Glad Rags shop in Karakum.
Kyrenia Animal Rescue (KAR), our charity animal Rescue Centre is high in the Besparmak Mountains of Northern Cyprus which provides refuge for over 200 dogs and cats.
