We all need good support and services which we have to pay for but rarely perhaps do we think to give applause for good customer service.Dagli Sigorta image

Recently I had the misfortune of damaging the rear bumper of my vehicle so I spoke to Trevor Hughes the customer representative of Daĝlı Sigorta with whom I have vehicle insurance and he asked me to take a photo of the damage and email this to him together with a copy of the insurance policy, log book, TRNC driving licence and my passport.

Following this a few days later we met for my vehicle to be taken away for repair and it was then returned 24 hours later all spick and span.

For me it was good service which I pay for, so I say “Thank you Daĝlı Sigorta“.
