Firstly we went to meet Margaret Heftmichel who was born in Berlin and makes wonderful sculptures in her home in Edremit and then we met with Vox Pop 2014 Review imageFeza Aygın Sanavar an artist who has been painting on traditional materials including ceramics and is now working with felt and ceramics and developing a new range of crafted magnet key rings featuring animals which can be seen at the Feza Art Gallery in Kyrenia.

Then we visited the Chinese House in Karglanoglou which started life in 1922 as Newmans Farm to meet Pat Newman and Margaret Sheard who had been researching and writing about this part of the Cyprus Heritage on  We also went to Akdeniz Village for the 1st International Terracota Symposium where we spent time talking to many people and were amazed at their fascinating sculpture.
