GAU Conference – “Coaching:

The Occupation of our Era”

The interest in life coaching has continuously increased since life coaching became a professional field and officially recognized. Girne American University (GAU), on the eve of its 30th Academic Year, welcomes Rana Kaplan, the General Director of Rana Kaplan Coaching Centre, with the “COACHING: THE OCCUPATION OF OUR ERA” conference.

The conference, which will be held at the GAU Millennium Senate Congress Centre on Monday 17th March 2014 at 11:00am, will be attendGAUSEM logoed by Rana Kaplan as the speaker, and the conference will feature issues such as: What is Coaching, Why coaching is the occupation of our age, How does the coaching process work, Why do the institutes prefer coaching, Gains of coaching to individuals, Where coaching is used, Can I coach myself, My targets and Coaching, Vital achievement and Coaching, My potentials and Ego.

In the statement, it is highlighted that the coaching profession takes place among the other professions nowadays, indicating that coaching is necessary for vital success and a professional career. Also the coaching profession offers to lead the people by providing the effective tools that will help them in their journey of development and change, and the coaching skills provide self-empowerment, leadership and enrichment in a person’s personal and professional life.
