Kyrenia gave Hygiene training to the school canteen employees

Kyrenia Municipality organized a training on ‘Food Safety in School Canteen Kitchens’ for employees in school canteens and kitchens.

The training, which was attended by regional schools operating within the borders of the Kyrenia Region, was coordinated by the Kyrenia Municipality Health Branch and the participants were informed about basic personal hygiene, food hygiene, possible risks and dangers in the production and preparation stages, and the technical measures to be taken were shared.

At the end of the training, all participants were presented with certificates of participation by Kyrenia Municipality Deputy Director and Health Branch Chief Naile Soyel and Kyrenia Municipality Health Branch staff.
