Civilian Command in 2014

PoliceNorthern Cyprus Prime Minister Özkan Yorgancıoğlu stated that the command of the police would be transferred to the civilian authority in 2014.

According to the news report in kıbrıspostası.com, Yorgancıoğlu said that the necessary work to make the transfer would be finalized in the beginning of the year.

The police in the Northern Cyprus is currently under the operational command of the Turkish military.

    the site owner who has failed to turn up for 3 court appearances, is arrested.

      Although our article news will not directly impact on the Chelsea Village problem. It should be noted that like some many other changes coming to North Cyprus, they suggest a much brighter future.
