The radical attitude of Papadopulos did not give Anastasiades a chance to negotiate with the Turkish Cypriot side. In this case, they should look for ways for not starting full-fledged negotiations. 1. From what I understand, Roc wants pre-conditions for the ‘talks’. But they also want pre-conditions to talk about the talks. So to sum it up, RoC wants to talk about the talks so that the talks can take place, all conditionally of course. What’s missing?
