VOX POP tête-à-tête

This week our Vox Pop show starts with a visit to a  Garden Party at Tolga’s Restaurant, Karşiyaka  and this was being held in aid of the Cancer Research Association (KAV) and I spoke to various people including Christine Ford and Maria Chappell who it seemed, originally wanted to help KAV in a small way but finally their idea turned into a big garden party with many stalls, raffle ticket prizes, entertainment with the Kibris Liners, and Andrew Sings (Andrew Tait and Glen King) providing entertainment.

We also visited the Food Lodge in Çatalköy where I spoke to Latife who comes from Morocco and had grown up in England, where she trained as a cook, food technologist and nutritionist and here in Çatalköy along with her partner Sonja, they work together and run this very tasty business.
