Agreement? but no payout yet!

Hard on the heels of reports that Cyprus had secured a bailout package  we now hear that this will not be agreed until January. According to the link below, Eurogroup president Jean-Claude Juncker said he did not expect a financial aid package for Cyprus to be agreed at a meeting of eurozone finance ministers in Brussels on Thursday 13th December.
