The deal is done but!

News this week of a deal being done to bailout Cyprus is encouraging but when you read the detailed internet reports it seems that the deal was not a happy agreement and compromise was perhaps not part of the arrangement.

Looking back to understand what went wrong and what has been achieved, the story seems far from happy and only time will prove if the solution found will prove to be successful.
