I was delighted to receive a surprise message from the Turkish Cypriot company STpoolm.com, which reached out to make a new “Buy Me a Coffee” donation in appreciation of the work CyprusScene,com has carried out over the years.

Their gesture is more than financial support — it is a recognition of the time, effort, and commitment that have gone into promoting community news, culture, and shared understanding across Northern Cyprus and beyond. For a business to take the time to acknowledge this work so thoughtfully is both humbling and deeply encouraging.

This support comes at a time when our workload has increased with the launch of our new UK-based community platform, PeterboroughWideHorizons.com. Expanding our outreach across both Northern Cyprus and the UK has been an exciting step forward, but it also brings new responsibilities. Knowing that long-standing supporters in the Turkish Cypriot community continue to value and support our efforts means a great deal.

My sincere thanks to STpoolm.com for their kindness, appreciation, and continued belief in what we do. Gestures like this remind us why we keep going — and why community matters.
