‘The Book That Knows Everything’ to be staged in Lefke

The children’s play ‘The Book That Knows Everything‘ will be staged on Thursday, February 19th, at the Lefke Atatürk Cultural Centre for students from schools in the region. Written and directed by Ufuk Aydoğan, and starring Ada Cem Dönmez and Arda Aygün, the play’s set design and implementation are by Cem Taşlıovalı, and the lighting is by Boysan Kuru. Güner Özselmanoğlu is the stage manager.

THE PLOT OF THE PLAY

In the depths of the forest, the Lion and the Bear’s favorite pear tree mysteriously disappears. To solve this strange event, the two close friends embark on an exciting adventure guided by “The Book That Knows Everything”. Following the clues given by the book, the Lion and the Bear uncover the secrets of the forest and also discover the importance of the power of friendship, courage, and knowledge. This adventure both confronts them with the mysteries of nature and reveals the enlightening role of books in our lives.
