Help give a forever home to a dog in Northern Cyprus

Having lived in Northern Cyprus and through my friend Richard Beale, who helps the Esentepe Rehoming Project, I was touched by the following share on their page, and I decided I must also share. Hopefully, to help find some Northern Cyprus Dogs a forever home.

Friends and contacts. I need your help. Please take two minutes to read this and respond …..

Those who know me realise I’m passionate about dogs and in particular North Cyprus dogs – my own Razor Dog is from there, has been with me nearly 11 years, and my beautiful Lola before then. Both were amazing dogs. I have never stopped hoping for others over there, desperate for help.

Recently I went to North Cyprus and spent time meeting many needy dogs – and even went on local radio there to promote the cause of rescue dogs in need.

Please Help Me

I have taken on a huge task to find homes for many beautiful dogs stuck in kennels or living on the streets in North Cyprus (I am limiting it to dogs in Esentepe Shelter, Tatlisu Rescued Dogs, and Robs Street Rescues for now).

Having  met them all whilst over there in October, and it hurt my heart that so many beautiful souls, although well cared for, don’t have a family of their own, are likely to spend their lives in a cage – most would make amazing loyal companions.

There are no adoption fees, just travel costs, preparation, and travel and help is there for those who want to adopt; it’s all in place to get them here to the UK.

My friends in North Cyprus, Claire Lamb (Tatlisu Rescue Dogs), Robert Astley (Robs Rescues) and Linda Carpenter (Esentepe Shelter) are all on board with my idea, but it’s a non-starter without my contacts’ help.

My QUESTION to you all out there is “are you willing to share my posts?”

Sharing finds homes. Yes, there are thousands of dogs in the world and indeed the UK needing homes, BUT I can help these particular dogs as I have some knowledge of them – HOWEVER, there is no point in my committing to hundreds of hours’ work if people are unwilling to just share.

Give me an idea below if you are willing to share, or better still, adopt a dog. I promise I will only post genuine dogs needing homes, along with an honest description of their history and temperament. Dogs will be matched very carefully to homes offered.

My actions and these dogs depend on your help. Let me know? Will you help me?
