Weekly Classes
Tuesdays 10:00 Six healing Sounds, Online
Wednesdays 17:00 Qigong, Kumsal Park, Nicosia (ongoing)
Mondays 18:30 Tai Chi, Home for Cooperation, Nicosia (starts on 27 October)
Classes last one hour and are suitable for all levels.
Fee is €10 or 500 TL per class. Online class bundle is €32 for 4 online classes.
Six Healing Sounds (Liu Zi Jue) is a traditional exercise based on Daoist principles. Each sound stimulates a particular body organ’s function, regulates the blood and Qi circulation, promotes physical and emotional healing and balance. Regular daily practice helps cardiovascular and respiratory function. The sounds are accompanied by a physical movement related with the same internal organ in order to improve the effectiveness of the sound.
There is also an online Dao (Tao) meeting for Turkish speakers.
Private Session
30 or 60 minutes private Tai Chi, Qigong, meditation, healing, Bırak, The Work.
