After 51 Years, Missing Martyr Ayşe Ramadan laid to rest

A military ceremony was held today at the Ortaköy Martyrs’ Cemetery for Ayşe Ramadan, who was martyred in 1974 and whose remains were recently identified 51 years later following excavations conducted by the Committee on Missing Persons in the Poli area of Paphos in South Cyprus.
Ayşe Ramadan was 25 years old at the time of her martyrdom.
