Iskele Response To Disasters Planning Meeting Held

An Expanded District Safety Board Meeting was held in İskele within the scope of the AFAD Operation Canters Exercise on responding to disasters that may occur within the borders of our country.

The meeting held at the Iskele Regional Directorate of the Civil Defence Organization, where the preparation and response levels of the disaster response plans were determined under the chairmanship of İskele District Governor Ertuğrul Toroslu, was attended by İskele Mayor Hasan Sadıkoğlu, Civil Defence Organization Iskele Regional Director Cemal Betmezoğlu, as well as GKK, İskele Police Directorate, İskele Fire Brigade Regional Directorate, Mehmetçik-Büyükkonuk Municipality, Erenköy-Karpaz Municipality, Highways Department Officials of the directorate also attended.
