Girne A. A. Archery Team (GATE) in Konya Archery Competition

It’s been a long time since I have had the opportunity to go to the Girne A. A. Archery Team (GATE) club training sessions although I see lots of their Turkish news through their WhatsApp group page.
When I was shooting with them, I did like sharing time and trying to talk to their child members who were so friendly and supportive so it gives me great pleasure to talk about the club’s current trip to Turkey where they are taking part today in the Sports Konya Inter-Provincial Archery Competition Championship which is scheduled to run from the 2nd to the 4th August 2024
The children will be supported and well looked after by club leaders and instructors Osman and Ayşen Tez and Murat Cogan and no doubt a few other senior club members or parents.
So today the competition has started and seeing the great pictures and videos of everybody having a good time on WhatsApp, I would like to wish them every success as individuals and as a club representing the TRNC in Turkey.
