The Deniz Nasıfoğlu ‘Play For Hope’ Festival Enjoyed
Deniz Nasıfoğlu, known for her philanthropy and entrepreneurship throughout her life, was commemorated with a grand event at the ‘Play For Hope’ festival which ended in a festive atmosphere.
TOL and the DTB Women Supporters Group organized a comprehensive event to honor Deniz Nasıfoğlu, who died at a young age, and to salute her fight against cancer. The event, held under the banner of ‘Play For Hope’, took place with contributions from the Girne Municipality, Sunstone Realty, the Mediterranean Sports Union, and the Darts Federation. All proceeds from the event, which was held with a large turnout and a festival-like atmosphere, will be donated to the Oncology Hospital.
Live Performances and Other Activities
The event was held at Karaoğlanoğlu Antis Beach on Sunday, June 30, from 16:00 to 23:00. It included football, backgammon, and darts tournaments, as well as a performance by the GENÇSAD Folklore Team, Cypriot children’s games, a paddle race, and live music performances. The event featured live performances by the Niyal Öztürk Band and Erce Güner, DJ performances, and food and beverage stalls that were open throughout the day.
