Girne Western Sewerage Project In The Pipeline

The ‘Girne Karaoğlanoğlu Phase I Western Sewerage Project Tender’ process has been concluded. Announced by the Girne Municipality Projects and Tenders Department, on April 25th, with decision number 007-2024, the ‘Girne Karaoğlanoğlu Phase I Western Sewerage Project Tender’ has been won by Tüfekçi Ltd. with a bid of 14,188,066.00 TL + VAT.

A protocol signing ceremony took place on Friday, May 10th at 10:30 a.m. in the Girne Municipality Council Meeting Hall regarding the concluded tender. Girne Mayor Murat Şenkul and Director of Tüfekçi Ltd., Hüseyin Tüfekçi, signed the protocol at the ceremony.

As part of the ‘Girne Karaoğlanoğlu Phase I Western Sewerage Project’ to be carried out between Girne Jasmine Court Hotel and the New Girne Hospital, a sewerage infrastructure of 1,534 meters in length will be built. It was noted that approximately 3 months are expected for the completion of the project, with an amount of 7,000,000 TL funded by the Turkish Republic Development and Economic Cooperation Office, and the remaining 7,188,066 TL + VAT covered by the Girne Municipality’s own resources.
